THE WOOLLEY SHEEP RIDES AGAIN AT CIT
UPDATE ON WORKSAFE AND THE COMPLAINTS OF 2012
In 2012 in light of the Worksafe ACT Report the Chief Executive asked the Commissioner * for Public Administration to investigate individual complaints and review CIT’s relevant internal processes. Adrian Marron kept you up-to-date in regards to this matter during 2012. (Jenny Dodd to CIT staff June 2013)
This is bullshit ... the Chief executive were dragged kicking and screaming into the process. Commissioner Mark McCabe's report showed clearly that CIT had no processes in place and indeed Adrian Marron was quoted in the media as denying that CIT had received ANY complaints OR had any on record ... well he had mine and others I do not have permission to mention. The first and subsequent investigations were prompted by the avalanche of complaints to WorkSafe - they were NOT prompted in any way by CIT. This is typical of the way CIT and Jenny Dodd in particular ... as I noted in comments on the Senate Estimates Committee .. rewrite history. Can you trust someone with such a liberal interpretation of recent history to get the next stage right? I can't, I don't!
